i had mine dyno tuned just for a piece of mind and not wanting to pray that it was right the first time


only upgraded valvetrain i got is the valvr springs and pushrods

dude with a 4000 stall u need to look at 216/220 r 218/224 and a 4 link r ladder bars cause i know you will have problems with traction flashing the verter that high off the line good luck.

And everyone thinks i'm nuts for turnning my little 5.3 to 7400.

just a though just look in to the t-rex cam with 4k stall you could turn it about 7800 be the first person to run 12. with a 4.8

I think some one has run into and past the 12's with a 4.8L.

I think he meant 12's N/A. I would love to hear a 4.8 scream to almost 8000rpm. That'd be nuts!!!

so a stock corvette cam will work and be ok without a tune for a while? i have a 4.8 and was wondering the same thing on the whole cam question.

i think its only the 01 z06 cam that can run without a tune. If im wrong lemme know but i pretty sure.
