with the mods in my sig, if i add an agressive cam, what are the typical gains i can expect. less than 30hp? 2-3 tenths off 1/4 mile?

 

What do you consider aggressive?

What you want to do is find a cam which will work well with your converter. A 3000 stall does not allow for much over 220* duration, 224 max.

It's not a part but the sum of the parts that count.
