Default Which dot to set timing straight up on rollmaster crank gear?(pic)

The cam gear only has one dot, the crank gear has two. One dot is right above the keyway which is the one I think I should use and the other is right by the teeth and is about 2*s advance. Here is a pic I think I need to install it with the dot that is right above the keyway. If I do that which dot do I line up with the dot on the cam gear?

I think you would line up the dot on the tooth....no 100% though.

The instructions are very vague and they dont clear up which dot to use to install it straight up. I got it figured out though, I posted this thread on tech and Predator-Z confirmed what I thought is the proper way to install it.
