Default Compression too high for 408?

I've got a chance to get some heads for a really good price for my 408, but they will bring my SCR up to about 11.3:1 I haven't decided on a cam yet, so no DCR number. But judging by the SCR do you think it'll be ok on 93 octane? I also plan on running a 200 shot on the track with race gas if it makes a difference. Thanks

Should be fine, just gonna need a good tune and a good sized cam to get the DCR down to mid- upper 8's.

IMO, you'll be fine.

I'd suggest some ARP studs or bolts though, if you don't already.

Yep. Cam will make the difference. Go a little wider on the LSA than you otherwise might.
