Don't listen to these ********. Carburetors are great. One of the best things I did to my truck.

What's your reasoning for wanting to use a carb? I switched because at the time it was a lot cheaper to put a carb setup on it than it was to upgrade my injection parts.

 

I picked up 50-60hp going from my stock intake and throttle body to a victor jr with a 950cfm carb on my 383

 

Not saying I couldn't have got similar gains with injection, but it would have cost ALOT more to do it.

 

Not a bad way to spend $10,000

 

Oh ya and dont forget to add a 200 shot of.....NAWZZZZ!
