can i change the relctor wheel from 24x to 58x witout a crank?

OP: You can absolutely swap the wheels. You just need a tool to realign the new reluctor on your crank correctly. We use the tool Goodson makes when we swap them. It is fairly readily available online, or your local machine shop may have one and just charge you a small fee for the swap!
