Default Cam and stall for 6.0 with bolt-ons???

I've got a 6.0 with a 4L60E in a rcsb. Right now it has the mods in my sig. Headers are goin in shortly. But, with christmas coming up, I figured I might see if Santa can help me make my truck quicker. It is my dd, so I need something reliable and streetable. I know that's mostly in the tune.I haul my atv around quite a bit, and occaisionally tow a car short distances. But, what would you guys reccomend? I want a came and stall. I want some good gains, you know, make it worth the trouble of installing. I was thinking maybe a 224-228 with a 3000-3200 stall. I know I'll need hardened pushrods and springs.

Yes, but 99% of them are about 4.8's and 5.3's. Also, if I could get good gains without a stall, I'd like to, because funds aren't up!

there are still A LOT of threads with info regarding the 6.0...like said above, TR224 is a proven performer...it will get you good gains without a stall, but the stall will help you get outta the whole quicker...

As far as the cam install, what will I need. I plan to buy a cam package that has 7.400" hardened pushrods and 918 springs. I know I'll need something to hold the lifters up, but what else will I need to install this cam and make it reliable? Anything that is likely to break in the near future, I wanna replace now while I'mat it.
