Get some good breathing heads for that 6.0, the stockers will be a choking point. As said before, that cam is too big for stock heads.

He could send his current 317's to WCCH for a StageII treatment and a mill...or get some 243's with the smaller combustion chambers, and have them worked instead (WCCH offers both )

Since he's blown, he won't need to be trying to bump the compression up too high, so his current heads might work fine for him (after a good p&p of course)

Well talked to my guy and he said he gave me the right specs and said that he has put bigger cams in 5.3's. Time will tell if this cam works out and if it dosnt he said we would go smaller.

You need a converter that stalls higher than 3200 for a cam that big or its going to be a slug outta the hole.

Should fix your traction issues though so thats a bonus.

Well took longer then I planed but finally got the swap done. The tune is not done yet due to it leaning out around 5500 RPMs but on 10lbs at that RPM it put down 516/508. Temp outside was 108. Getting back at sometime next week with final numbers.
