Default Cam reccomendations with procharged 6.0

Just curious what some of you guys would reccomend. Currently running a custom FMS cam that was for the Whipple. Cam is too small. It is a 216/218
114lsa, cant remember the lift. I will be going with another FMS cam, size to be determined by Allan. I would still like to hear what ya think would work best.
Its a lq4 6.0, 9:1 compression with all bolt ons, minor head work(valve job, cleaned up bowls) 13psi boost.
Let the disscussion/opinions begin

I think a 224/234 ~.575/~.600 on a 114 lsa would make awesome procharged power.

unlike a roots or a twin screw, a centrifuge is nothing more then a belt driven turbo.
it can however make the same horse power as a roots but not the same when it comes down to torque.

thanks to blowenchevy and the dyno graphs he posted we got to see the difference first hand.

the question gets right down to the point.
what cam for a pro charged motor.

again as stated before the graphs provided showed the difference on the G2-3 cam.
the radix put out a load of low end torque where the procharger did not.
the boost was up on the radix where as the boost on the procharger was just getting started.

from what blowenchevy posted got me thinking that the centrifuge needs a much different camshaft.
a camshaft that produces low end torque with a lobe lift and lsa to support the boosted high end.
a motor running a procharger is basically NA from 0 to 3500 rpm's, after 3500 rpm's and up it is a boosted motor.
the cams I am looking at are.
Crane 224/224 551/551 lsa 114
Vinci 055 216/224 551/551 lsa 113
Thunder 220/220 551/551 lsa 114

the LS6 cam 204/218 551/551 lsa 117.5 is a top end camshaft but the bottom end is lacking the torque we need for a good launch

Randy I think you should try the F9 cam, but since you like getting beat by the TBSS you better stick with the F7 or some thing similar.

FM-F9-114 FMS Custom Grind Camshaft - 232"/236" .585"/.600" 114LSA - aggressive profile with a 2800-7000 RPM range, rough idle, recommended for blower/nitrous applications

I kinda like the look of that. I'm guessing since the 918 springs are rated at 600 lift, It would be wise to upgrade to dual springs for peace of mind if I end up with a cam with that much lift?

You should have taken the Trailblazer to hub when we went. That would have been the only time you had a chance of beating me with it

How bout this, you start at the 60' mark and watch as I come by you by the 1/8. Now thats just sad, because I'll also beat you with Charles.

Yeah I would really like to know what yall recommend going with Cams I'm going to be running a 04 6.0L LQ4 with a Procharger, everybody tells me the GT2-3 would be perfect for my set-up. I might be swapping and putting a LS6 intake on it, were I can turn it a lil harder on the high side.

This cam looks interesting (224/234 ~.575/~.600 on a 114 lsa) I will be running a 3000 stall. I would like something to make power from about 2800-6500 rpm's.
