I've seen this a lot on the number 1 bearing on LS engines, many pics on tech, and both my 5.3 and LQ9 look that way. I'll be changing the cam bearings in the LQ9 since it's getting torn down and refreshed anyway, but I just let it roll when I swapped the cam in the 5.3, and it's been that way for over 25k now.
