I would keep the lsa at least 116, I would look at LPE gt2-3 and pattern you cam after it just with more duration and lift, keep the valve events the same Id expect you to pickup around 60rwp with something like that on 5-7psi boost.
Personnaly Id get 216/230 on a 118 with around .62x lift and use the very similar valve events that lpe uses on thier gt2-3
