Might be pushing it with the 918s but i would still run them for the time being and if you noticed any float, then switch over to 921s or another stouter spring.

I would keep the lsa at least 116, I would look at LPE gt2-3 and pattern you cam after it just with more duration and lift, keep the valve events the same Id expect you to pickup around 60rwp with something like that on 5-7psi boost.

Personnaly Id get 216/230 on a 118 with around .62x lift and use the very similar valve events that lpe uses on thier gt2-3

I have a 228/234,115+4,.588/.598 Comp cam that I removed from my truck,it idled with a slight lope about 750rpm and made good power from about 1500 to 6600rpm.The problem I had was low manifold vaccuum about 10" screwing up the bypass on my Radix setup,if you are interested I will sell it cheap,the lobes are in good shape and I'd take $100 shipped if you are interested.
