For an ECSB, I would go with not much larger than a 222 on the exhaust duration unless you have some serious work done other than basic bolt-ons. If it's gonna be used as a daily driver, I'd say the max would be a 218/222 .563/.566, and I wouldn't run anything more than a 112lsa simply because the lower LSA will bring your torque in faster. If you went with that cam, you would definately need 4.10's. You could get away with it on the stock stall, but would make more power with AT LEAST a TB stall.

Doubtful edgar. the yank3000 is a tight converter. yank3000 and the 220/220 with 3.73's would be better. These two cams at 6000rpm might make 10 rwhp different at the most. But the 220/220 will bring the hp and torque down int he rpms about 500.
