im looking for a good cam to put in my dad's truck. i want a cam with near stock drivability.
lets start with existing mods etc
its a RCSB 04
pacesetter LT's w/ORY and Flowmaster Catback
stock intake
K&N FIPK
will be dyno tuned.
dont want to change the converter, but will probably install a shift kit (stock 4L60E)
of course it will have all the supporting mods, oil pump, LS2 timing set etc...
we do a lot of towing with it, cars on trailers mostly, so i want something thats going to give it a lot of low end. if this was an LS1 i could pick a cam, but im sure you 5.3 guys have a game plan for this.

I think that the cam in my sig would be good for your needs, or if you wanted to go a little bigger, the famous Comp 212/218 (search those numbers and you'll find enough results to keep you reading until your dad's truck is a classic)
