I'd go about 218/226 on a 116 with a couple of degrees advance ground in. That'd make a great boost cam with plenty of bottom end. On the other hand, don't take my word for it, talk to Pat G.

Pat recommended nearly this exact cam for my 6.0, except it has 4 degrees advance and is ground on a 114LSA. I ordered it from EPS and hope to have it in hand shortly. Im strictly NA though, so give him a shout.
