im having a hard time tryin to figure out what kind of cam to by for my truck. its an 06 z71. it has an intake, exhaust, and a custom tune. how big of a cam can i get without changin out the heads? do i need to get a bigger fuel pump and injectors if i swap out the cam?

 

How quick do you wan't to run? What converter, and gears do you plan on running?Do you have headers?

 

I would go with a 222/224/112 I loved it in my truck, sounds cool and wont kill ur mileage. My friend had that same truck I have with a 212/218 and he was pissed cause he couldnt tell a difference in it that much. Do that and a nice 3k yank and long tubes, you will love life.
