That don't sound too bad. Make sure they don't charge you for installing the freeze plugs, LSx engines don't have em! There are some thread in plugs but that's pretty much it.

sweet thank. what the diif between 12 point and 6 point head studs which is better and why?

In this particular case, I don't know. Normally you have the 12 point so you can have more grabing force on the head since you have a smaller head anyhow with a stud.
