blew an o ring
#1
short version:
i just had all my injectors changed by the dealer. all new. today i was smelling gas real bad while driving. by the time i got it to the dealership today it was leaking gasoline on the ground. they said it was due to a busted o ring on one of the injectors. he also said the performance tuning i have on there and the high compression of the motor is the culprit. could it be just that particular injector or am i gonna keep having this problem?

the only way it would be from the motor is if you cam timing is way off and it is shooting flames out your intake. but it would mess up more than an o ring haha.
he said that because they dont want to fix it because they messed up.

i knew wheatley was gonna jump in here and defend his tune. lol. i know its not the tune....the actual mechanic told me tonight that he probably ripped the o ring when he put the injectors in last week.
