OTE=iamkeniff;5037980]Id have to see a log from a dig on DRs, and id have to see the tune to tell you. Thats plenty of cam to get that thing to 7.99 1/8th mile. Either its not enough timing out the hole or too much. KR out the hole or its got KR throughout the run. IATs are too high, something. If i can 8.0 1/8th mile in a 560bs truck then i know a rcsb can 1/8th mile better[/QUOTE]
Silverado1ss89 is at 12.8afr 28° timing shifting at 6500... I'll c if I can find his logs and send them to U..
I believe he has traction issues at the track he's only going 2.0 60' ...

those heads can handle and move heat rather easy, throw some timing at her and let'r eat, just read the plugs, NA 12.8 is weak, go 13.5 i did it for years on my lq9 short block with alot more timing

very true, that's why reading the plugs to find out is so important you know nothing about the engine and what it likes or dislikes if the plugs aren't read, i listened to so many people on here until i was blue in the face until i learned how to read plugs, cant believe so much was left on the table. just saying!!
