Hello, I have a 06 silverado 5.3 LM7, engine has been rebuilt/Headgaskets by previous owner. I've installed the equal length 04+ Arp stud kit, and the 4 outter inhead studs are somehow shorter than the other 16, the other studs protrude above the nut and the 4 front and back inhead studs are recessed, below the nut.
