Bought a motor that was susposed to he a 5.3 and it ended up being a 4.8. When I pulled the head off, I didn't see any ARP stamps on anything with the head studs or nuts. Just trying to figure out if they are China studs or not. I know most anything ARP I've used before had stamps on it.

 

Probably china. All the ARP stuff ive had, studs for sure, have ARP markings on them.

 

And that's what I was thinking. I got took on this deal.

 

they are marked and they are high gloss compared to china studs which are matte finish.
