Anyone seen a cam bearing like this?

I didn't check the valve spring pressure. I have BTR .660 platinum valves. I had 1.75 ratio rockers on it and I assume that it must have been too agressive with my cam. The valve broke right at the head. I was sort of surprised it broke at 5200 rpms. Years ago I had it up to 7200 with different valve springs. When this happened my valve springs had about 300 miles on them.
