PCM of NC New Line of Cams Released...
Hey all, hope this post is okay here. I say "new" cams but they really aren't - these are our very popular in-house grinds that we use day in and day out in our in-shop installs, we've just taken the time to finally catalog & list them on our website. To make the nomenclature simple, we jumped on the "stage" bandwagon - so Stage 1, 2 and 3. The grinds are tailored to the displacement of your truck. We have hosted the full cam cards/specs for your consideration, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Our Stage One cams are perfect for stock or lightly modified trucks looking for more power, on stock exhaust manifolds and stock torque converters. Stage Two works best with light modifications - such as long tube headers, but still keeps the stock stall. Stage 3 are a little more rowdy - long tube headers and an aftermarket converter would be required.
We spec our truck cams separately due to the weight of the vehicle - we try and make them feel as best as they can in the low/mid range without sacrificing power up top. As usual, we are picky on driveabiilty, so these cams are well mannered, even our stage 3's. We also offer mail order tuning/email tuning for our cams. If you don't think what we offer fits the bill - we can go custom also! Thanks for taking the time to read. If you have any questions, shoot us an email at sales@pcmofnc.com - we've been slammed in the shop lately so haven't been making the rounds on the forums as much as we would like.
