4.100 you dont even want to get into all of the PITAs that it causes Go 4" if you stroke it.

im seriously thinkin of getting a loan to build this up..if i go 408 which rod do i use then??

6.125 same rod whether 408 or 418 the 418 requires even more extra special piston measurement BS. Get a full rotating assembly its the easiest way and you know you wont have clearance issues.

use the 317s and mill them!!! or find a set of 243s i wouldnt waste my time on them. sicne the 317s flow alot more

How much do yo mill a 1 point drop and what pushrods do you do.(length) i, going with a 02 ls6 cam and 317 heads milled?

All you have to do is clearance the pistons just under the pin to clear for the counterweights. I've done a bunch of these, it just takes time. Who built your 4.100 motor?
