5.3 rotating assembly
does anyone make a 5.3L - 325c.i. (3.779 bore x 3.622 stroke) forged rotating assembly?
or am i just goin to have to bore to 5.7L and get 5.7L pistons
i can find the crank
and will 6.125 connecting rods work or do i need a different size

seriously man why waste time with a stock cube motor go bigger. You dont need a forged crank these stock cranks can take 1000hp, and the rods arent exactly weak either. If it was me I would bore it out ot an LS1 bore where you can get off the shelf pistons which are cheaper throw some arp rod bolts in the stock rods and call it good.

If oyu are on a mission to make a 5.3 make power then forged rods and pistons would be the ticket no need for a forged crank like said before. I would still rather go larger in displacement but thats just me. IMO the point has already been provent hey can make good power. Hell there is even a guy with a forged 4.8 theats blown turing mid 11 passes IIRC.
