5.3 heads

i am building my truck one part at a time. don't get me wrong, money is easy to come by if i want to work a lot, but i love being home with my family so i stopped working so many hours.
i'm trying to read up on milled/p&p/valve job on my 5.3 heads.
or should i pick up some 6.0 heads bare or assembled and have the same thing done but with smaller valves i think is what i'll need.
i don't want to spend 1500-2500 on JUST Heads.
i am going to stay with my stock intake, because i don't see it to be a wise desicion to buy a 90MM FAST intake and T.B.
i don't want to do an LS1 swap or anything wild like that.
just a N/A 5.3
current mods are:
P&P T.B
Pacesetter L/T
ORY
Descreened MAF
C.A.I.
I have a VIG3200 stall and a 24k Transmission Cooler
M/T ET Streets 26x10.5x16
Custom Tune from dc_Justin (i think that is his s/n on here)
i am going with a FLT Level 4 Transmission
my next mods that i am getting are
4:10:1 with a Detroit TrueTrac
Rebuilt Rearend
TA Performance Products Rear End Cover from Thunderracing.com

i just bolted on a set of milled 243 heads with a tr220-112 cam. love the way it sounds and it runs great.if you are looking for a set of 5.3 heads to play with let me know. unless you have a spare set already. i am also not far from you.

"Reverse Split" - 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA 2200-6800 RPM Power Band. Excellent mid-range & high RPM power. Automatic cars require computer tuning and it is recommend for optimum results on manual transmission cars . Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended.
im thinking of running this on my 5.3 heads after i get them back from WCCH in cali and have them milled down.
what do yall think, how will it idle?
i'll be putting 8.1 marine injectors too

He's not goin 5.3 anymore he's goin 6.0l and he has a single disc vig 3200 in a ecsb so that thing is gonna flash like 3400-3600 easy so i think he will be just fine. Also goin to be running 4.30 gears.He will be fine.
