Default 408 Stroker Not Starting-Need Help!

I just installed a 408 and have had trouble getting it to run.

It has a good starter tune, so I don't think that is the problem.

It will start and run rough for about 3 seconds and then stop. After checking the plugs, they are fouled and wet.

After, putting in fresh plugs, and a better tune I was able to get it to run for about 10 seconds. This time I could feel the headers and tell that only 4 cyl are firing. 2358 are the only ones firing.

Is there anything specific that cause this? Or, do I need to start chasing sensors?

Thanks for your help.

make sure all of your coils are plugged in, and all of your grounds are hooked up.

Coils and grounds are all plugged in. I'll Double check they are firing, but I'll pretty sure they are.

if you have 4 plugs on one side that are not firing.....I think you have a set of coils not plugged in.

OK, I've got an ignition tester and noid light slined up for this afternoon.

Would cam or crank sensor cause this?

2,3,5,8 are firing. Not on the same side. That would be nice though

Ok , you guys called it. The dead cylinder's coils aren't firing. I'll hit the search and see if I can find the cause.
