Thanks guys from your input im going to go bigger something in the mid 230 want to keep it N/A i figure it will be cheaper to just buy antother cam now than to replace it in the future my truck is not my DD it does see some track time but it is a truck and want to be able to tow if i have to.

Well i just towed my my friend truck 90 miles to the dyno it was like 7000 pound in two years thats the first thing i tow

i say u will be fine with something in the 230 duration.. u have plenty of torque with that 408
