i appriciate every one who added his comment here surely will help .
Would the denali 6l80 6 speed transsmision be an easy swap for my 2wd sierra regular cab ?
seems 6.2 is the way to go with 6 speed transsmision
and with a magna charger 1900 tvs the extra 120 hp will be there.
so i have to increase my budget seems it will be good project

The TVS alone is in that cash neighbor hood maybe more.. Then add the cost of having a built tranny, to handle the power is going to cost you another 2k+, then a rear diff, ect ect. basically to build a daily RELIABLE 550 hp truck is going to take more then 5k..

You realistically can't get 550 at the wheels with a budget of 5K unless you can build your own turbo kit or at least most of it and do all the work you self. I got just over 500 out of my 4.8, but that was after ALOT of work, a lot of tuning and I did everything myself.
Now if you have some skills, with my hot parts kit, a Master Power T-70 turbo and are able to put together the rest of the parts, and put a shift kit and Vette servo in the tranny, then you can get around 500 but your gonna have to be a little bit gentle with the tranny. let me know if I can help you or if you have any other questions.
