You would have to have a machine shop hone it to 4.005. They should use a torque plate and ridgid hone for it. If your cylinders are in good shape, dingleberry hone it and fit your own rings and stock size pistons and you will be good.

The motor is mint shape it only has like 20,000 miles on the motor only thing that happened is number 7 cracked the pIston that's why I was thinking the 4.0 bore will be good

No problem running the std factory bore and dingle ball hone it, only problem you will run into is the factory bore is 4.0015-4.002" and factory pistons are 4.000". Most aftermarket pistons assume the bore is 4.000" and will be loose. Im working with Autotec to build me pistons in the 3.9985" for the 4.002" factory bore as we speak. Most 4" forged pistons will measure 3.995-3.997" depending on alloy.
