no a 350 bore is 4.00'' and a stock 400 bore is 4.125'' so you would have to bore it .125 thousanth, not gona happen. throw a stroker crank in that 350 with some 6'' rods, get your cubes thatway

Depends on the blocks, search your casting numbers and you should be able to find out. Some 350 blocks have a bit thicker walls than others. You can go between .040 and .060. Cant go to a 4.125. If you look around 400's are relatively cheap around here anyways if thats what you want to do. But with the siamese bores, you have to make sure your cooling system is up to the task or you will have big troubles fast.
