Default 325 5.3 NNBS Boring, Rotating assembly, Head/Cam

I did a little reading on all kind of forums and i couldn't stumbled on a concrete statment on boring 5.3 aluminim block
All of what i want is to bore my 5.3 block to a safe bore size that will stand the abuse of bigger rotating assembly
the other thing is i can't decide on the head/cam package, since i don't know what size should i bore and what stroker should i get

so pleeeeease
someone help me get that engine to scream like hell
just don't give me that careless look of yours

and thanks in advance

The aluminum block has steel cylinder liners. Bores just the same as an iron block.

I would sell that and get a 6.0/6.2 block.
Go 400+ cubic inch
Cost is the same 383 or 408
Go big !

are they a different block (5.3 vs 6.0)? what makes them different?
I've always wondered that cause eventually I'm gonna get bored of my 5.3 and was thinking of boring it out and stroking it and I thought I could make a 370 or 383 outta my 5.3 but maybe I need to start watching for a different block

Blocks are different 6.0 has 4 inch bore and 6.2 has a 4.065 bore
The most bore a 5.3 will take is 3.905
5.3 bored to a 5.7 3.898 or 3.905 bore with a stroker crank will get 383
But I am pretty sure that's the max u can get from a 5.3 block. Limited to 383

370 is a 6.0 bored 30 over to 4.030

so is the 6.0 block just bigger? I havent had them side by side or been much past head gaskets on a 6.0 so thats why I wasnt sure why I couldnt just bore it out.
I guess I got some time and numbers to figure things out cause price of parts kinda factors in too

I can definitely see the bore difference between the 2 blocks especially between the cylinders
