yes you can but if you find them complete they will have yellow springs on the already. unless you already have 918's or something. i actually went with the patriot golds. just incase i ever decide this is not enough cam!!:

some stock gm 5.7 ones my brother-in-law had lying around. mls

any idea if it would be worth installing a tbss intake and tbody set up along with this.
