243 heads advice

I have a 5.3 cammed 218/222 114 LSA I have ls7 pushrods and springs on my stock heads I just bought some 243 heads I want to mill and bore them but idk if my ls7 springs and pushrods would still fit? Or what do you guys recommend

Springs are fine, but you'll need new pushrods. Get a pushrod length checker.
