Local guy is wanting to put a low lift cam I have here (similar to the GM hot cam) I've never messed with a truck this new. Will the stock springs on his 243s work with 530ish lift like the ls2 243s will?
Also, does this truck need the different cam gear? Remember when I did my old TBSS I had to swap from a 1 to 3 or vise versa.

Not sure on the valvesprings, yes on the cam gear. I have a feeling that it will have standard, non blue/yellow springs.
