Gonna be the first time I take truck to the track to put a number down to see where the truck is at plan on making it a 10-9s truck but I want to have fun with the little 4.8 first
mods done to it

rear diff:4.56 gears possi
transmission is stock with 3400-3600 lockup stall
Also have a 255 walbro fuel pump with 90lbs injectors tuned on e85
Motor mods:228/232 550 lift cam tsp with headers cold air intake ls7 lifters trunnion kit upgrade 862 heads with single yellow corvette valve springs

awaiting Mods will be to port intake and put 92mm throttle body and port get some 243 heads and port them and polish mill them down 0.040
with a 4000-4200 stall

 

What kind of air and extra fuel you going to be adding to hit 9’s? That’s a lofty goal.

 

It should be at 9 seconds in the 1/8 as is.

 

Pretty sure he was referring to the 1/4 but they didn’t specify so who knows. lol.
