2006 Chevy 5.3

I bought a trailblazer converter and curious of how big of a cam i can put in the motor that would be good with this converter. wanting a somewhat of a rough idle or something that sounds good. thanks for any help

do a search...but i wouldnt recomend anthing over a 220/220
