Installed the New awesome L92/LS3 heads, bolted them on with the new ARP fasteners and Felpro gaskets. They definitely set off the copperhead block and the nice gray colored aluminum parts I painted with High temp engine paint and high temp clear coat.

Dang! That'll be one sweet setup. Just makes me want to start from scratch and re-do my swap again. Maybe I will...

Very nice work! I'm going a very similar route right now, but with l92 intake...

What are you running as a fuel system setup? Returnless? What pump?

Cool, as far as the fuel system, I have it setup as a Returnless system going to the manifold and regulated back at the Tank with a Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator to 58psi and an Inline pump. The only thing I'm going to change is I happen to have a very nice new Walbro 255lph inline pump that I'm going to replace the current one with. I think that should work perfectly, the cheapo carquest pump it has now works perfectly but I figured I would just replace it with a known pump just to be safe.

seems I've heard a lot of complaints about the walbro 255...
I haven't decided what I'm going to do either, but probably stick with my return style system somehow, but have to learn how to do that with the L92 intake on my '02...?
I'm looking at a Bosch 044 pump I think though.

Got all the valvetrain installed into the heads, had a problem with one of the rocker arm bolts somehow it got stripped out even though the heads where new. I tried to tap it out reinstalled the bolt and tried to torque it but as soon as I tried to tighten it the threads pulled out of the head. So I had to helicoil it, but it all worked out and now its all installed.

If your running the L92 intake and rails, run a aftermarket regulator off the feed line and connect your return line to the regulator then run the regulated pressure to the rails. That's how mine works. You can also use a corvette fuel filter it has a return line and automatically regulates the pressure.
