Default 1.6rr's how much would they help

hey guys my buddy has a set of 1.6rr's for sale for $100 full roller rockers- i was wondering how much they will really help on my set-up- stock 4.3L with 11psi through a 60trim.

he said 10 to 15whp but im skeptical- is this right should i buy them?

also what will they do to the idle?

That's a steal as long as they aren't a cheap brand like proform or something. Look at them to make sure they have needle bearing pivots.
