welcome to the site. What exactly do you want out of your truck? How far do you want to take it?
Think about this carefully before answering

Do yourself a favor and save up for the blower.
Buying the intake would be a waist after you get the blower.
A MAF sensor is a waist of time in your application.
Headers would be good in wait of a blower. You can then have the blower tune adjusted at the time of install.
The cam if you are for sure going to add a blower should be selected for the blower application. I'm not sure how a blower cam would be on a non-blown motor. Prolly good though.

Aim at a blower and save, beg borrow and steal. You will be glad you did.

thats not true.. more around 30hp. if you are going through the trouble of swapping cams you need to put a real performance cam in there.
