that's pretty slick! I wish I'd known about that before I spent the money on what I got... that would have suited my wants just fine!

Stock - 266 hp , 295 tq
Volant - 278 hp , 318 tq

Stock tune, same dyno about 15 min after stock pull.

Id go with Volant, they're pretty well proven. Or, if SLP has one available I'd do with that as well. I have one on my 2000 and I like it.

I couldn't agree more

I was just wondering what people are having good results with so far. Looks like the Volent intake will be working out.

choda- where did you buy your volent intake from. If from a sponsor I would rather give my money to them.

Edit, after looking up the part number listed, it is a NNBS intake tube. I wonder why they haven't just added the second fitting and put this in production yet. it seems easy enough since this is still a production piece.
I put my NNBS tube from my 2010 on mine. I have the box, but have tried to see if it will fit. With the tube in, it make a lot if that girgling sound. Sort of annoying. Id ratherhear more exchaust.

I'm thinking about finding s 2010ish tube with the correct MAF slot and putting the stock box back on mine with a good tube. Building something to run the conical style filter in the stock box… the AEM "box" doesn't seal up at all and IATs are actually pretty high.
