Does anyone know if the new 2016 HID headlights will retrofit into a 2014-2015 model GMC?

I was told by GM that the optional LED headlights will not retrofit, but I did not ask about the new HID bulbs/assembly

 

MetallicaMatt, I have already seen folks on other forums swap to the newer 2016 headlamps on the 14-15 model years, so its possible. So far its confirmed they physically fit, looks kike now someone makes a conversion harness.

gen5diy is about to put out a headlight/harness package in about 2wks. 2016 LED headlights for 14-15 sierras.

 

Gen5diy already has the harness available. Not sure if it's on their website already or not. Best bet is to email them or send them a msg through facebook and they'll get in contact with you pretty quick. Just bought mine yesterday (191.00) and should arrive by this Sat. I'm installing 2016 SLT Headlights into my non-SLT 2014 Sierra.

banker did it before one year or two i forgot when but i think he is the first one did it .
