Tru Trac with slicks possible issues
I never really noticed too much or havent had anybody tell me that my truck seems to spin the right rear more then the left until ive been running on slicks lately. My last few track passes ive been running on a full slick, and have been cutting 1.54-1.56 60s. Doing my burnout before staging, I usually spin first to second, and feather the throttle because i dont want it on the limiter. It seems to me like the left rear is spinning then stops then spins again. Not sure if that side is getting traction for a second or by feathering the throttle its causing this. Truck seemed to hook up fine, and made the 1 1/2 drive home with no issues. Just dont notice it on the street or on drag radials for that matter. Heres a vid, driver stops spinning, squeal sound until passenger hooks up.

Could be issues with the rim spinning in the tire. This tire/rim combo has spun on my truck in the past...what does a tire spinning in the rim sound like? I couldn't figure out how to upload the video I got, jweb's working it...
