I know it's been done a million times, but I figured I'd make a post here in the 2014+ section for mine and anyone else's that wants to post up.
I got a cheap can off of Amazon (free shipping, and the can was ~$20)
I drilled the mount they sent with it for a center bolt, and mounted it on the drivers side fender brace where there is already a 10mm bolt.
I bought 10' of 3/8" hose (used about 6-7 feet of it)
Removed the stock hose that runs from the valley cover to the drivers side of the intake manifold (about half way back on the manifold, right at the back of the valve cover)

Ran the hoses and buttoned it up. I think it turned out really nice, and it'll certainly serve it's purpose. The stock tube was very very oil soaked, oil was dripping out of it when I removed it.

something interesting I just noticed, the 6.2L hose runs from the valley to right above the TB and dumps the dirty air/oil there, the 5.3L hose runs from the valley to the middle/rear of the drivers side of the manifold.

Two things , but first every LS should have a catch can , especially after you look inside one after 1000+ miles on an oil change , it's amazing how much oil mist collects in the can , or when you look inside the intake manifold , yuk.
I think your catch can needs to be lower than your connection point , it could theoretically start to run back towards the manifold the way you have it .
Second , the can looks good where ya mounted it , but would be better placed next to the brake booster or on the head , then you wouldn't have that hose running across to the fender , that doesn't really look the best .

I didn't notice how much higher it was than the manifold until you posted, glad you did. I'll build another bracket this week and drop it down.
The clear tube clicks in to a fitting. I'm probably going to remove the fittings and use those threaded holes for the bracket I'm going to build. I'll repost pics when I get it done.
