Did some searching and didn't find the issue I have been experiencing periodically. Two part question....Under normal throttle the trans seems to hit third and go into "lock up" then continue through the gears as normal. Isn't all the time and if you're on it never happens that I can tell. I understand the transmissions on these models can be tuned if I send in the TCM but who is actually willing to tune them after the fact? I've spoken to 2 different tuners that Ive used a few years ago and they wont touch the trans table settings on the 18's. Ive been in work/home mode for so many years I am just out of touch now with the scene. Any help would be appreciated.
