Looking for anyone who might know. Got a guy with interchange "5299" (GM PN 9596050 )wheels, 07-14 5 spoke with the indent. They look like they have more clearance around the hub from what I see but anyone have experience?

Post 84 and this post are the same. Just showing it does NOT fit inside the wheel itself.

Not sure if this counts or matter, but I recently did this brake upgrade to my 99 Silverado. I'm running some 2017 Tahoe 18" wheels, I think. Tires are 265/65/28. I ground off the rectangles but it wasn't hitting there. I used a sharpie to determine the area it was hitting. I bought some thick washers that match the specs as what @adriver posted from Amazon.

Wound up grinding like a nice chamfer on the inside corners of the calipers until I had enough clearance. I'm not running spacers.

These will need a .250" spacer to clear OR just grind the corners down a little bit.

Found an answer on this. They will NOT clear without a 1/2" spacer.
