I know of a guy who ground the **** outta that area to fit on a set of aftermarket wheels. Seemed to work fine for him.

I just picked up 3 of these at PnP hoping they would. I would expect some people are going to have trouble differentiating the two. Both are 18 x 8.5. Both are RPO code PZX wheels. The first ones came on 2014-2018 K2XX. They may also be listed as PZX Classics, or 18" Double spokes. PN 37420001

These second ones that here are PN 77970001. These next ones were on the T1XX 2019-2021 model
Looks like they just did a slight modification to make em fit over those calipers.

There is also this: 18 x8.5 that came on the 2019 -2021 T1XX (Might be denali) RPO Code RD1. That PROBABLY SHOULD FIT.

Has anyone determined the spare wheel size/part number that will fit over the four piston calipers? I took a VIN from a 2021 Silverado that has these calipers which was up for for sale by CarMax (VIN #1GCPYFED4MZ259260) and ran it on https://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ doing a search for "spare tire" and two part numbers come up: 84440191 and 84440192. See the screenshot below. I can't determine the difference between the two? Can anyone else?
EDIT: Apparently the more expensive one has a nice, silver painted finish but both are 17". I emailed GMPartsDirect and asked them if they have the 18" spare discussed in the recall below.

Oh, just found this as well, the trucks were recalled for not having the correct size spare: https://gmauthority.com/blog/2022/01/chevy-silverado-and-gmc-sierra-recalled-in-the-u-s-for-incorrect-spare-tire/ and https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/202...1V985-3155.pdf

EDIT: It looks as though part #s 84440191 and 84440192, while 17", both fit over the four piston calipers:

This site has good info that is seemingly very accurate. I did a search for 18" wheels issued for 1500 trucks in 2021. I noticed a trend....Wheels issued beginning in 2019 have a 26mm offset where as wheels issued before 2019 that were used on some 2019+ vehicles only have a 24mm offset. Check it out:

Wheel sites are tough, it's hard to find one that is perfectly accurate, especially on new stuff. I found that part number and it is listed as a 17, 18, and a 19" wheel. 19 is about the only one I know it isn't.

Going off those RPO codes for it:
RM7 = Wheel, 17" x 8" (43.2 cm x 20.3 cm) full-size, steel spare
00A = Spare wheel upgrade

RPO Codes (gmfleetorderguide.com)

(I don't think it's that one comes with a center cap and one doesn't, although the aluminum color one MIGHT).

My one GUESS, is I THINK, it looks like there is a black steel wheel that comes up as 84440192, and

an aluminum colored steel wheel that comes up as (upgraded) 84440191.

Those black ones definitely have that police / offroader/ beast look, if that's what you're going for.

I hate custom offsets wheel website because they don't allow stock wheels. So gay

I can confirm these 18" GMC AT4 wheels do fit GMT800 trucks without modification. Here they are on my 2000 GMC. They are GM part #23376220 or 23377014.

I can confirm these 17" GM steel wheels do fit GMT800 trucks without modification. Here they are on my 2000 GMC. They are GM part 84440191 (black) and 84440192 (silver). They are issued by GM as spares on 2019+ full-size trucks/SUVs.

99-13 ish spare tires do NOT fit without a spacer. The next batch I get in I’ll mill down the face but I stuck em on a bare 2003 spindle I had.
