Question whats left before going cam/converter?

As the title states whats left that I can do to my truck before tearing into the engine/trans? Got the ARH's in and tuned for, Magnaflow muffler with the stock tailpipe, power bond UDP, Airaid JR, LS7 TB, and a HEAVY right foot. Am I missing something? The 6.2 truck has been a blast and I hope that with a good tank of E85 and possibly some more tuning tricks I can see a 13.0-13.2 at 100+.
Sorry for a newb type question but I was hoping Ive overlooked something.

Thanks,
Clint

Time for a cam. You helped air get in the motor, you helped air get out of the motor now you have to help the air get through the motor.

I see nothing about full length headers being installed. In order to reap the benefits of a proper cam, headers must be installed. Idea is to get air in and out of the motor as fast as possible with as little restriction. Your wasting your time with a cam unless its specifically built to run with factory exhaust manifolds, otherwise, the cam choice would not be optimal.

He mentions having ARH 1-7/8's in the first post and in his sig.

Just go for the cam and converter and never look back, otherwise you are spending more money for minimal gains, unless you go forced induction. The cam is where the most gains can be found, naturally aspirated, on any engine so this is where I would go with my truck next.

Can always mill the heads a little too to bump compression.

Maybe gears or weight loss (truck not you). Tire setup.

I like the idea of 4.10s, shorter sticky tires, and a drive shaft that will take the rpms. I'm planning on getting some e85 through it to see how it runs but I'm trying to stay out of the motor and trans until 50k miles or so. Theres not much weight that I can get out of it (new stereo system, hitch, spare all need to stay) so it looks like id better start dieting!! lol What happens on these trucks when you run a 2" shorter tire on just the rear? Will my trans/traction control freak out?
