Been wanting to do this for awhile now. What kit and options work best for the kits at DDM for our trucks? They have several different choices.

Also, I think I remember people saying that they were having to disable their daytime running lights in order for the HID kits to work. Is this true or was I dreaming it?

Thanks for the help.

They have the raptor kit and a more expensive kit by like $10, I would go with the more expensive of the two.

You don't have to disable the DRL for them to work, but it's recommended that you do, since you'll have them on at least 50 per cent less, thus increasing longevity, and also the DRLs in our trucks reduce voltage during the day, from 12V down to like 5-7, another cause of premature failure with HIDs.

How do you disable the DRLs? Do you just unplug it?

Just make sure to take both out. 32 and 34 or 31/33. Just flip the fuse box cover over and see which fuses correspond.
