Looking for Vortec MAX inlays/vinyl stickers
#1
Hey Guys i've been looking for black stickers/vinyls for my ugly red max badges. I have talked to a few different guys who make them for F-bodys and tbss's but they said that i would have to buy another badge and ship it to them. Then they could make a direct inlay and ship me the stickers/vinyls and my badge back.
But i've seen guys with their max's blacked out with the silver/chrome ridged outline intact.
I know i can paint them but it's a pain in the *** and it'll chip within a few months. I have the vinyl inlays for my camaro's berger panel and my front grill and love how they look/last.
Please lead me to the right direction sence my girl's tbss is lookn ***** with her SS vinyl inlays and she's givving me **** for not having mine yet eventhough i found her's for her and put em on too. AIN'T THAT A BITCH
THANK AGAIN EVERYONE

Go to a local sign shop and buy some scrap black vinyl stickers (they will probably give it to you) stick it on and use a straight edge to make your cuts. It will look professional and is really easy to do. I did this on the chevy bowties on my s-10 xtreme I had about 8 years ago. I saw it running around town the other day and it still has the original stickers that I cut my self.

Thanks again guys, i was about to go to the local supply store and grab a sheet of vinyl and try that route. But jimmyboy's paint looks good too. Now i guess i'll just have to try it and if it dosn't come out the way i wanted it to i'll just rattle them.
Thanks again for the info everyone
