Default tuning options?

well its about that time after doing some performance mods and such and such its time for a tune on my 2007 nnbs rcsb 4.8.

so what are my options for a tuner and what are the pros and cons to the tuners out there... i had a handheld but now i want a custom tune.

I have the same truck & got tuned by Nelson. I was really suprised with the performance gain. It made quite a noticeable difference.
